During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & New Zealand

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Most orders typically arrive within 10-14 business days, although delays may occasionally occur.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. AVIGIO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first.
