You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avigio Apparel Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

26. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Neither party shall participate in class actions, consolidated proceedings, or representative actions against the other unless such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
28. CONSUMER RIGHTS
28.1 Statutory Consumer Rights
