Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as received

With all original tags attached

Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear

Returned in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.
How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as AVIGIO is not responsible for items lost in transit
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AVIGIO will cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Original shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or color, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
