Vision Club™ Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Welcome to Vision Club™, AVIGIO’s loyalty and rewards program designed to recognize consistency, commitment, and growth. By joining Vision Club™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility

Vision Club™ is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who create an account on avigioapparel.com. Membership is free and optional.

AVIGIO reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is identified.

3. Earning Vision Points

Members can earn Vision Points through eligible actions, including but not limited to:

  • Creating a Vision Club™ account
  • Making qualifying purchases
  • Participating in exclusive promotions or member activities

Points are credited automatically to the member’s account once the qualifying action is completed.

Vision Points:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be purchased or gifted

4. Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a Welcome Bonus upon joining Vision Club™. This bonus is awarded once per account and may not be duplicated, transferred, or combined across multiple accounts.

5. Redeeming Vision Points

Vision Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards such as discounts, early access, or exclusive offers, subject to availability.

Redemptions:

  • Must be applied at checkout while logged into your Vision Club™ account
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases
  • Cannot be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly stated

AVIGIO reserves the right to modify redemption thresholds or reward values at any time.

6. Points Expiration

Vision Points may expire if an account remains inactive for an extended period, as determined by AVIGIO. Activity includes purchases, redemptions, or other qualifying actions.

AVIGIO is not responsible for lost or expired points due to inactivity.

7. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If an order is returned or refunded:

  • Any Vision Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account
  • If points were already redeemed, the corresponding value may be adjusted or reversed

All returns are subject to AVIGIO’s Return & Refund Policy.

8. Member Exclusives & Early Access

Vision Club™ members may receive access to:

  • Exclusive pricing
  • Limited releases
  • Early access to collections or promotions

These benefits are not guaranteed, may vary, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

9. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Keeping login credentials secure

AVIGIO is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised login details.

10. Program Changes & Termination

AVIGIO reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate Vision Club™ at any time
  • Change earning rates, redemption values, or eligibility criteria

Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Misuse & Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or misuse the Vision Club™ program — including creating multiple accounts or fraudulent activity — may result in:

  • Point forfeiture
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Loss of membership benefits

12. Privacy

Participation in Vision Club™ is subject to AVIGIO’s Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with that policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
